Founder & General Manager

Dimitris Biniaris founded the company in 1993 with the core aim of developing a creative and innovative approach to the real-estate sector. He began in the residential segment, in some of Athens' most prestigious neighbourhoods. In 2001, after eight years of consistent success, he decided to expand the company's activity into the business sector, focusing on commercial real estate — primarily office buildings, warehouses, industrial properties and large retail premises — serving multinational groups and special projects.

The company specialises in corporate real estate, company relocations, deal negotiations, valuations and the conversion of real estate into investment packages and turn-key solutions.

It is supported by a strong network of partner brokerage offices at 74 locations across Greece. In 2007, the company formed a strategic partnership with Binswanger America L.L.C., a global leader in industrial and corporate real estate. The Binswanger group operates more than 200 offices worldwide and has worked with 77% of Fortune 500 companies in sectors such as high tech, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, oil, automotive and more. In this context, the company relocated to its new headquarters on Kifisias Avenue, in the heart of Athens' business district, with a main focus on providing integrated real-estate services to multinational clients.

Dimitris Biniaris is Secretary General of the Hellenic Federation of Real Estate Brokers, a non-profit organisation with 10,000 members nationwide. He is a certified broker, property manager and valuer, holder of the B.P.O.R. title and a member of N.A.R. (National Association of Realtors, USA). In 2022 he became the first certified broker in Greece by TÜV Austria. He is also a certified real-estate appraiser (STAREGISTER — member of the American Academy of Financial Management).
